I really think (and hope) this is just Buzzr giving LMaD a brief rest for a while like the other shows that have been shuffled in and out of the lineup over the last 2 years. It has been a front burner show since the network's inception.
Maybe in a while we'll get some fresh episodes, either of the rest of the 1970's run, or maybe even the second season of the 1984-86 era.

Brandon, I'm with you, but if you want to go backwards, Buzzr hasn't aired yet that the Family Channel did air were the Vegas episodes but also the episodes with earlier Door #4 formats(such as having 2 spins, one for landing on a $5000 spot and the 2nd spin, if deciding to risk, trying to double for instance).

This'll also prevent Buzzr from airing any LMAD with Dean Goss as Brian Cummings' replacement. What do you mean "prevent"? Dean Goss hasn't said "no" to clearing his appearances. There is no law that says Buzzr cannot air any season 2 TANLMAD. And all those other episodes have aired on GSN. I don't get what you are saying.

Quite personally, if they bring back LMaD, I'd rather see the original version again (if not 85-86 TAN... eps).

Considering at the beginning of the year it had the whole 8:00pm/11:00pm hour to itself before the Primetime Party change took place in February. I'm not a genius by any means but if it were getting good ratings, they would've kept the full hour. Just a guess.

I'm already aware of what you said.

I think it's more of GSN just never got around to showing 1985-1986 episodes. As for Buzzr, I'm not sure why they selected the episodes they did.

Honestly, I'd love to see Buzzr pull out the 1980-81 version.

Honestly, I'd love to see Buzzr pull out the 1980-81 version. Has that been seen since the original run? I thought the syndicator that produced the 80-81 run went bankrupt too.

Had the same syndicator as Pitfall (and were the company that stiffed Alex Trebek on his paycheck for that series).

I wouldn't mind seeing a couple of episodes anywhere just to see what it was like. Of course knowing myself I'd probably end up wishing for something different.

Hatos-Hall probably would have made sure the contestants on LMAD80-81 got their winnings, however. The LMAD80 was done in Vancouver and had a Canadian budget, the big deals were around $4k-$5k and not too many cars were offered in the Big Deal. They showed play money on the air instead of real money.

SUpersaver87 has a 1980-81 LMAD episode on their YOutube page in four parts. A search of "Let's Make a Deal" on Youtube led to it. THe opening of it had clips from the 70s version, but later in the run clips from that version opened the show. The 1980-81 version aired in reruns on Global in Canada in the mid 80s(when the All New 1984-86 LMAD would have been in first run)

Just got the file for the first week of July:
-Blockbusters (Cullen's obviously) replaces Beat the Clock at 8:30pm in primetime. It still has its Saturday evening spot. -Tattletales cycles back to the beginning to 1974 -Looks like some Baseball special for Sunday night, as we have a World Series Rematch on Family Feud with Ray Combs, some What's My Line? episode (in black & white) with baseball stars, and some Match Game 78 with Don Sutton.
Meanwhile Team Expat seems to have problems with the Buzzr stream. Hope that isn't permanent.
