With the Snoop Dogg revival set to launch in October (as per Buzzerblog post on Facebook), might I suggest this thread be moved to the Modern Talk forum and retiled as "All-Purpose The Joker's Wild Thread"?

I don't read the Modern Talk forum. I kinda like the idea of leaving talk about the other versions of the show in the Classics Talk section and just leaving the modern talk in the Modern Talk forum.

Also depends on how long this one will last too. If it's a flop, no one, especially those here won't remember it.

I have questions regarding the pre-Joker Joker Joker (JJJ) era kids episodes.
How often were they played on both the CBS and syndie versions? Were the ones on CBS always have boy vs. girl? When did the kids sit without their parents accompanying them? How was the bonus game(s) played compared to the adults' Face the Devil? What were the age limits for those specials? I've read there were a couple of kids as young as 6.
Your answers would be greatly appreciated.

The kids sat during the main game portion. The parents would show up when there was actual money involved (ie Face the Devil), as like on most game show that have special children episodes, such as Card Sharks or TPiR.

Yes, that was during JJJ, but I'm talking about before that premiered. Oh, back then, it was the same as the grown-up show, spin for prizes, then keep or spin once more for different prizes.

Merged some threads together. Just consolidating/cleaning up.
