Now that the last season in CBS Television City has officially wrapped up, I'd like to ask two questions: - Wasn't there one holdover episode that was expected to air before the launch of Season 52? I never found anything about it on G-R.
- Was yesterday's airing a repeat of the "Farewell to CBS Television City" episode?
I am going to have an opportunity to see at least one new episode from Season 52 per week through the end of March, since I have a lot of vacation days that I have to clear out (it's a case of "use them or lose them"). Looking forward to the dawn of a new era on Monday.

Episode 102L planned for Feb 7 went unaired. Episode 041L another holdover was rescheduled from Dec 26, 2022 a good long nine months later to Sep 1

I am thinking there might have been something inappropriate in Ep. 102L that justified the decision to not air it. Or maybe it had a trip to a destination that was then-recently hit by a disaster, and the effects are still lasting.
Why did Ep. 102L not air on February 7?

Maybe it was the maui diaster. Today's episose season premiere had a mention that it was taped before the wild fires

I think this may imply that Ep. 102L didn't air because it had a trip to Maui. If not for the wildfires, the episode probably would have been aired by now. It's nice that Drew provided a disclaimer before the show started. However, I feel bad for the contestant who won the trip to Maui - unless he can take the cash equivalent. I suspect that Ep. 102L will probably be rescheduled for the post-Thanksgiving rerun week.
As for the new studio, it looks basically the same, I don't see much differences other than the slightly smaller studio audience and the raised Contestants' Row displays, but other than that it looks the same. And I noticed that the prize reveal sound effect in Golden Road is no longer the traditional harp we all grew up with, but now it's a different sound effect (reminds me of the one heard on The All-New Let's Make a Deal). I wonder if that sound effect will also be used in future playings of Punch-a-Bunch?

Haven't kept up in awhile. I was legit surprised to hear the theme from The Match Game/Hollywood Squares Hour.

The famous $16,000 sign used before each playing of It's In The Bag since its first playing in 1997 was retired this season

Quick correction, the sign did get an update in the Drew era from the original black one to one with green squares around the border but now the $16,000 is displayed on one of those video screens used for trip descriptions after their skins were retired a little over a decade ago
To be determined is if the game Back to 72/73 may be retired or returning later this season as Back to 74. That was the last full year to use the original turntable colors

Also, don't forget that 3 Strikes hasn't been played yet this season. I wonder if 3 Strikes could be retired because of the prop's height and there may be a lower ceiling in Haven Studios, unlike with Studio 33?

Back to 73 was played on tonight’s At Night episode so the one game remaining not played yet this season is 3 Strikes

can "the powers that be" do something about Carey's Card Game, it doesn't make sense to the viewer to climb steps then while the car is being described, they go back down the steps
