Turns out Pay the Rent has yet to be played for this season. Last played on the June 7 episode at the old TV City studio

can "the powers that be" do something about Carey's Card Game, it doesn't make sense to the viewer to climb steps then while the car is being described, they go back down the steps I think the reason why Drew and the contestant goes up the steps is because the vehicle has to be wheeled out onto the stage, implying that safety is likely a factor.. Regarding this week's playing of Card Game, I did learn that the starting bid was $25,000. It didn't seem like that long ago when the starting bid was $20,000 (and it would make sense since the cheapest cars nowadays cost over $20,000). Are the starting bids going to fluctuate every time Card Game is played because of the actual price of the vehicle?
Also, I'd like to ask, when should we next see the April 2010 episodes on the Drew-era TPIR channel on Pluto TV? There are a few episodes I'd like to record from that month. The CBS airdates in question are April 15, April 22 and April 23.
Also, I think it may soon be time for fresh content on that channel. It's been nearly six months since the channel launched, and I think we're due for fresh episodes pretty soon. But please, just please, no Season 37.

Regarding tomorrow's scheduled broadcast, is it a rerun or is it a new episode? I know they did a new episode for Cyber Monday a few years back. The reason for my question is so that I can make plans for that hour in the event of a rerun.

It’s a rerun of October 9’s episode, 0321L

You know, regarding Pay the Rent, it makes me wonder if the game is on hiatus because the set many are familiar with cannot fit onto the stage due to a lower ceiling than in Studio 33, and the set could be revamped in order to fit properly? Or, could the game be considered for retirement due to budget constraints? I mean, we haven't had Dream Car Week nor Big Money Week yet this season, and it kind of makes you wonder...

Pay the Rent was not retired. The prop was moved to the new warehouse. I believe it's not just a sizing issue but also a transportation issue. The new warehouse is over a mile away from the studio and games are trucked back and forth between shows.

January's primetime "The Price is Right at Night" will be themed Jackpot January.

On last night's Jackpot January special, Diane won the Mega Piggy Bank; $10,000 x $6.27 for a total of $62,7000. And I suddenly thought of Jackpot, and who originally created both that and TPIR.

Golden Road was played today, and its winning streak ended today.
I wonder if they played Golden Road today because of the Martin Luther King Day holiday? I mean, ratings tend to be higher on a nationwide holiday and they may likely have a "big three" car game or some kind of gimmick on a holiday. I remember 3 Strikes being played on said holiday in 2006, and it was won.

On today’s episode: a contestant who won the showcase 10 years ago on episode 6572K returns and wins the showcase again. Could this count as a technical double showcase winner?

Today’s episode had the first time all 5 prizes in Switcheroo (the car and the four small prizes) were won with Drew as host. The last time that apparently happened on the show was way back on April 18, 2007 (3953K)

Also, regarding Stanley on yesterday's episode, wasn't he the same guy who won a luxury car on 3 Strikes over a decade ago?

Regarding today's airing (March 21), is it a rerun or new episode? I would think it's a rerun because of the two-day NCAA Tournament break.
I was home yesterday and today because of protesters blocking access to the buildings, and I will not discuss that.

I think that Carey knows about the "zero rule" in 10 Chances now. A couple times he's said no just before he hits the button when it's broken
