Really enjoying Wordplay though. Very excited for Trivia Trap tonight. Watching the first (and superior) format makes me wonder: Did Fremantle get the idea for TPIR's "Gas Money" from that?

Not sure (assuming you're talking about Trivia Trap. Personally , I didn't mind the second format. Might not have been the best, but I still enjoyed it. But that's just my opinion (which shouldn't be cared about for any reason) 😁

I missed the first two nights due to power outages from hurricane Irma. Good thing they are being aired again on Sunday.

Now time for Missing Links. It ran on two networks for 18 months from September 1963 to December 1964. Ed McMahon hosted the NBC run (September 1963-March 1964) and Dick Clark hosted the ABC run (March-December 1964). It involved three celebrity panelists trying to fill in the missing links (hence the title) of a contestant's story. The pilot was more of a rehearsal show, rather than an actual pilot, and is also held by the UCLA Film & Television Archives.
And a fun fact about the scheduling: The show replaced the original The Price Is Right (which moved to ABC), and was replaced by the original Jeopardy! upon moving to ABC. Both Missing Links and Get the Message had their series finales on Christmas Day 1964.

The concept was pretty good. Unfortunately, the pilot and the July 9, 1964 and December 25, 1964 episodes are all that's left of this series.

I trollled about RIchard Simmons' Dumbass Maker(Dave ZInkin's title for the show) coming back in reruns in March 2000 on GSN right after it was cancelled, I was just 17.5 years late and had the wrong channel. Maybe it's on me.

Whoa, why does Dream Maker have the "film look", too? Do the master tapes don't exist anymore; just second-hand copies?

I guess if there's any night for my IPTV feed to go out for Buzzr, this would be the night. Thank goodness (although I was looking forward to Star Words, and Body Talk). Hope it's up soon.

Did anyone here notice that Buzzr showed a clip from a different Star Words pilot in a recent promo? Here's the clip in question: And yes, Annette was also on Child's Play.

Pilot A, same thing two years ago. Not sure why Buzzr didn't just show the other pilot.

Ok, I can just catch it on YouTube then. I'm guessing Body Talk was the same one shown in 2015.
