... That you didn't know until you read it.
Inspired by myself not knowing that Leyla Milani (case #13 on Deal or No Deal) was a WWE Diva Search finalist in '05 until I went to Tumblr this morning. Well, what do I know about these things? Apparently close to nothing.
Let's hear your responses.

Wayne Brady {Let's Make a Deal} is also a singer who has recorded two cds {A Long Time Coming} in 2008 and a children's cd called Radio Wayne in 2011. Pretty awesome job for a game show host in my opinion, Kelsey

I did an search many moons ago, and I was surprised to learn that before former TPIR model Brandi Cochran was pregnant with twins in 2008, Cindy Margolis (who was later dubbed the "Internet Queen") apparently may have been the first TPIR model ever to be pregnant with twins in 2005, even though she was no longer active with the show by that point.
And I did hear one of Wayne Brady's songs in Second Life a while ago. I think it was a 2005 recording, and I forget the title. It was a pretty good song.

I believe the Wayne Brady song you are talking about was the song he did in 2005 with pianist Jim Brickman named Beautiful that was Wayne Brady's first hit and it's such a wonderful and beautiful love song, Hope this info helps you out Cardsharks8689, Kelsey

Aubrie Lemon from Deal or No Deal is a member of MENSA.
Megan Riordan (from World Series of Blackjack, Season 2) is a rock and folk singer and also an actress in Ireland. She appears in the 2008 movie "City of Ember".
Bob Barker was a black belt in karate. I don't know what year he became a black belt.
Both Wink Martindale and Chuck Woolery were on the Billboard Top 40. Wink Martindale in 1959 with "Deck of Cards" and Chuck in 1968 with "Naturally Stoned".

Apparently the song is titled "Back in the Day", and after doing research, it was actually from 2008: www.youtube.com/watch?v=Vun6LIUZ-TMIt is a pretty good song. Makes me wonder if it ever made it to American Top 40 or Rick Dees' Weekly Top 40?

I've mentioned this before. Tom Kennedy had a voice role as a radio announcer in the February 1973 M*A*S*H episode The Army Navy Game.

The newest host of Who Wants To Be A Millionaire Cedric The Entertainer was featured in the Disney Channel cartoon The Proud Family as the voice of Penny Proud's friend Bobby and he was so cool to watch in The Proud Family. If you haven't seen Cedric The Entertainer act in cartoons check out The Proud Family when you can, Kelsey

On July 6, 1944, CT had a little thing called the "circus fire". It was a Ringling Brothers fire that occurred under a big top tent. The fire killed roughly 170 people. (Big tops were banned in CT after the fire.)
One of the survivors of the fire? A teenager (13) by the name of Charles Nelson Reilly.

Is that the circus fire that was mentioned in the book Justin Morgan Had A Horse? Because I read about it and that Justin Morgan was the guy who saved people from the fire and that's why the very first Morgan horse was named Justin Morgan. What a surprise that Charles Nelson Reilly survived the fire and went on to game show fame, Thanks for sharing that info Mandy, Kelsey

Is that the circus fire that was mentioned in the book Justin Morgan Had A Horse? No idea. I've never read the book. (Honestly, I'm not a big book person to begin with.) But that's something to look into.

In 1990 Home Shopping Network launched a Vanna White fashion doll that made history as the first ever doll based on a game show host. Also in 1998 before he became the star of The Price Is Right Drew Carey also had a fashion doll too, Pretty cool merchandise in my opinion, Does anyone remember the Vanna White Doll and the Drew Carey Doll?, Kelsey

I recently saw a video of an old commercial with Jim Perry circa 1974 on YouTube. I didn't know until then that he dyed his hair during the '70's and '80's. His hair was totally greying on the commercial.
I'd link to the video but it's not up anymore.
