On today's episode and yesterday's episode of Catch-21 I noticed that Foster Grant reading glasses sponsored the Bonus Round and I would like to know why this was. Is this because Foster Grant was one of Catch-21's biggest sponsors during it's seasons? Because when the second round started I noticed Mikki Padilla wearing Foster Grant reading glasses and she mentioned that Catch 21 was sponsored by Foster Grant. The other thing I noticed about yesterday's and today's Catch-21 episode was that Burger King also sponsored the Bonus Round by having Burger King Power Chips and I never knew that Burger King was also a huge sponsor of Catch 21 as well,
Did Foster Grant and Burger King start sponsoring Catch 21 at the beginning of it's 2009 season?,

Here's another thing Disney did that GSN and Catch 21 should deserve some credit for. In Disney's Inside Out if you take a look at the character Fear because when I got my Fear doll I noticed that Fear wears the exact same vest and outfit that Alfonso Ribeiro wore on Catch 21 and Fear even wears the same shoes as Alfonso did on Catch-21 and seeing Fear dressed like this made me smile and it's such a cute outfit that I think Disney modeled Fear after Alfonso Ribeiro and this is so wonderful,

I might've been seeing things, but did I just see a banner at the bottom saying Catch 21 is coming back in August? I think that's what I saw at the start of syndie Deal Or No Deal just now.

Catch 21 is being revived in August? What a surprise this is because Catch 21 is my favorite morning show and seeing this news made me happy. With the surprise of the revival of Chain Reaction coming in two weeks. I think 2015 will be a big year for GSN and this will show that GSN has indeed brought some of their original shows back from Game Show Heaven and this proves it,

Any more info about the Catch 21 revival? When I was watching GSN today during Deal Or No Deal I saw no trace of advertisements announcing the Catch 21 revival and all I saw were advertisements for The Chase Chain Reaction and Skin Wars but no Catch 21. When will GSN announce the return of Catch 21 Sweeper?

Who will be the host for the Catch 21 remake? I'm curious to know because I knew that the Catch 21 remake was gonna debut this month but I haven't heard no news or announcement,

Is GSN still gonna do the Catch-21 revival? Because I haven't seen any news about it and I would love to know more about it. Is the Catch-21 revival still gonna appear next year sometime?

Welcome to the first ever Catch 21 recap thread entitled Mornings with Alfonso hosted by me Kelsey. You might ask why the title of this thread is called Mornings with Alfonso. The title refers to the time of day I see Catch 21 reruns and in this exciting brand new thread we'll look at some retro Catch 21 episodes so now let's begin shall we?,
Today we start this thread with a Catch 21 episode from 2009 where we meet Beau Kimberly and Shawn and the first cards Mikki Padilla dealt were lucky cards and Shawn showed his stuff by getting the first question right then Kimberly managed to be lucky on the second and third questions and after that third question Kimberly in a very friendly manner passed her card to Shawn and Shawn became the winner of a trip to the Atlantis Resort in Reno Nevada. Round Two was even nice when Kimberly got every question right and Shawn got one right but in the end Beau was sent home and Kimberly and Shawn moved on. In the head to head round Kimberly showed her stuff and after busting Shawn out Kimberly became the winner and went to the bonus round. The bonus round was really lucky for Kimberly as she won $1,000 then $5,000 and then chose to keep trying for $25,000 but after seeing one card Kimberly decided to walk away with her prize. This episode was really cool and for an added touch Burger King Power Chips are featured and used today,

You might say that today was lucky in this episode of Catch 21 from 2010 as we met today's players Britny Erin and Ananda as they began their quest for $25,000 and as Mikki Padilla dealt some exciting and surprising cards today. Round one started off with Erin having fun getting some questions right but in a lucky move Erin was able to win the first round with skill. Then in Round 2 Ananda started off very cool by getting a question right about my favorite designer Tommy Hilfiger but as for Britny she had fun but she was sent home with only 100 points. Then Erin and Ananda went head to head as they tried to see who would go on to play for $25,000 and the winner was Erin. It was a tough rocky road for Erin in the Bonus Round as he began his quest and even though he showed Alfonso his singing talent Erin's road was over when he busted and lost. But it was such a cool episode today,

We had a millitary treat as Catch 21 had it's Millitary themed episode that also aired in 2010 {I don't know if Catch 21 had any other Millitary themed episodes in the first seasons but this seems to be the lone Millitary episode of Catch 21 that aired},
Anyway we met our heroes JT Todd and David as they showed their Millitary spirit to win $25,000 and it started with lucky cards and JT showed his stuff by answering questions but at the end of Round 1 JT was the winner and won a trip to the JW Marriott Resort as his prize. Round Two started off with David being the best player but at the end Todd was sent home and David became the winner. Today's head to head round had JT and David trying to earn a chance at $25,000 but with great bravery David was the star and moved on for his chance at $25,000. David was truly awesome in the bonus round and even though he didn't win $25,000 he chose to walk away with $1,000. What an chance for our heroes to press their luck today,

Today we look at another Catch 21 episode from 2010 starring today's players Chi'von Tony and Glorinda as they had an awesome game today. It all started with Mikki Padilla dealing some amazing cards and in Round One Tony was such a star that he got the second question right and scored a fast 21 and since Round 1 was so short today I will recap straight into Round 2 and in this round you might say Tony was a star but because both Chi'von and Glorinda had 100 points we had a tie to determine which player would join Tony in the head to head round but it was a happy ending for Chi'von as she joined Tony and Glorinda was sent home with a reminder of fun. As Tony and Chi'von battled it out for a shot at $25,000 Tony became the proud winner and went to compete in the bonus round. With 4 Power Chips in his hand Tony was sure awesome and managed to win $1,000 but after trying to win $5,000 and $25,000 Tony decided to walk away with his $1,000 he earned. And you can say that's really good,

Welcome to another fun filled edition of Mornings With Alfonso and today we look at today's retro Catch 21 episode from 2010 and today we meet Aaron Jessica and Jon Paul as they had a lucky time trying to win $25,00 and with Mikki Padilla dealt some awesome cards Round One got off to a wonderful start as Jon Paul became the star and even with Aaron getting one question right he really showed his stuff but Jon Paul was truly lucky indeed. Round Two was even better with John Paul dominating the round and Jessica made a real smart move by choosing to freeze at 17 and it really did well as once again John Paul won and as for Aaron he was sent home and Jessica and John Paul moved on together to compete in the Head To Head Round. The Head To Head round was very exciting as Jessica and John Paul tried their best but in the end John Paul won and went to the final round. In the final round with 4 Power Chips in hand Jon Paul did awesome winning $1,000 and then $5,000 and by trying one more time to win $25,000 it wasn't enough and Jon Paul with a very happy decision chose to walk away with $5,000,

Welcome to another edition of Mornings With Alfonso and here's Kelsey with your Catch 21 retro recap for today,
Today on this retro episode of Catch 21 from 2010 we meet J.C. Keeley and Danny as they began their quest to win $25,000 with lucky cards to be dealt Round 1 was an awesome round of skill as J.C. was the star of Round 1 then Round 2 was even better as Keeley showed off her dancing moves then it was cool when Danny became the star and Keeley was sent home. With Danny and J.C. competing in the Head To Head round it was an easy round when Danny won the game and the chance to compete for $25,000. And in the bonus round Danny had a good round and won $1,000 and even though he had a fun game Danny chose to walk away with his prize,

On Catch 21 today we meet Jan-David Sam and Kelly as they began today's quest for $25,000 in this retro episode of Catch 21 from 2010 and the adventure started with Jan-David doing really awesome in Round 1 and with great luck he won with a lucky chance and with that we will recap straight into Round 2 and Round 2 started with Kelly showing her neat cheerleader moves and as the game got tougher Sam won the round with wonderful skill. As for Kelly she was sent home and because of that Jan-David and Sam went to compete in The Head To Head Round and with great talent Sam became the winner and went to play for $25,000. The bonus round was amazingly easy for Sam as he managed to win $1,000 then $5,000 with bravery. In fact Sam was so happy with his prize that he decided to walk away proudly,
