Gamegirl going for it and going against the odds as well. Is that next card lower than a six? (bzzzzzzzzzz) (audience groans)
NO! It's a Jack! So back you go to your base ace and we go all the way with this match.
Final question of the final game, so this will decide our champion. Greg, the question is yours.
Greg, we asked 100 random women, if you could make $1,000 would you become a stripper for one day? How many of them said yes, they would try stripping once for a payout of a thousand dollars?

Considering the amount of obese women in the United States, I'm not sure they'd want to give up their dignity for only a thousand bucks. And yes, I am obese myself. I'll say that's a low number, 35.

Greg not winning over our female viewers with that comment no doubt! (audience chuckles)
Gamegirl, he thinks just over a third of the women we polled would strip for a grand. What do you think?

I understand the reasoning but 35 is a very low number so I am going to say up.

Gamegirl thinks it's higher.
The actual number of women who would agree to strip for a thousand dollars is...
(ding ding) (audience ohhhhs)
...just twenty-five! It was lower!
Greg, it's decision time for you. You can change that nine and call the next three cards or pass to Gamegirl and she'll have to call all four of those cards to win. One mistake by either of you and the other wins the game.
Passing didn't work for you in the last game. Are you going to try it again or are you playing this time?

Eh, while she does have a great base card, she does have longer to go. I'll let her tough it out. Pass.

Alright Gamegirl, you are four correct calls away from becoming our champion.
One wrong call and Greg gets the crown.
Here we go, good luck to you!

Lower than the Ace...
(ding ding) (audience applauds)
YES! It's a tough card to call next though! Fingers crossed Gamegirl. Higher or lower than that seven?

Lower than the seven...
(bzzzzzzzzzzzz) (audience awwwwws)
No, it's a Queen and that means Greg is our champion! (audience applauds)
Gamegirl, you managed to pull off having to run the table in the second game, but here, a middle of the road card like that seven is literally a 50/50 gamble and unfortunately, you went the wrong way. You do have your $100 for winning the second game though, along with some lovely parting gifts from us and our thanks for being here on Card Sharks! Gamegirl, everyone! (audience cheers and applauds as Gamegirl exits the stage)
Well Greg, passing to her didn't work in the second game, but it sure worked this time. Congratulations to you! (audience applauds as theme begins)
Greg will play the Money Cards for big bucks when Card Sharks returns after these messages! (applause and theme continue; camera shot slowly zooms out; fade to black)

(fade in with theme and applause)
Welcome back to Card Sharks, ladies and gentlemen! I am here with our inaugural champion, Greg Palmer! (audience applauds)
Greg, you had formidable competition in Gamegirl, she ran her cards to tie the match in the second game and took the deciding game to the final question, but a tough call on a seven did her in and made you the champ.
Now, you're about to take on The Money Cards where you might pocket more than $25,000! (audience applauds)
We play this a little differently than has been played in the past which I will explain shortly, but Greg, you've got $200 to your name so far for winning the match, but a chance now to win a whole lot more. Anything to say before we proceed?

More than $25,000, eh? Shouldn't it be more than that?

Funny, that's what I thought more than meant! Let's play it and find out, shall we? First of all, the two hundred you won in the main game is yours to keep and we start you out here in The Money Cards with another couple of hundred that you can use to bet with. (ding)
Now, this works similarly to the main game in that you're still going to call whether the next card in the row is higher or lower than the previous card, but this time around, you're betting on those calls.
Fifty dollars is the minimum bet each time, with your current total as the maximum bet. We start at the bottom-left position. Once you get to the top row however, there you'll make the Big Bet, which will need to be at least half of your current total at that time.
Now, where things differ a bit from what you've seen in the past involves that large number five you see there. In our version of The Money Cards, we don't carry cards forward after each row. We start with whatever card is on the left of that row as your base card. The large five represents the number of card changes you can make along the way, and you can use them up at any time.
So, for example, if your initial base card is an eight let's say and you use up one of your changes to change it, but it becomes a seven, you could use up another one of your changes right away if you want to change the seven as well. You're the boss as to when you use them, but my advice would be to save at least one change for that top row base card.
We spot you another $200 in betting money once you reach the second row and another $200 again up on the Big Bet row, but again keep in mind that you'll be betting at least half your total up there when calling higher or lower on that final card.
Any questions on this before we begin Greg?

I just did the math with my calculator on my phone, I have a chance at $29,200 if I double up each time successfully. So, slightly more than Perry but less than Eubanks. I guess I can live with that. Let's play.
