FF06-063 and October 31, 2006. The 2007 and 2008 ones were full Halloween weeks, October 29-November 2, 2007 and October 27-31, 2008 respectively and 2009 was a single Halloween episode but was the last time Family Feud celebrated Halloween, because TPIR now does Halloween themed episodes every year, when TPIR used to be a plain ol' regular episode until the Halloween themed Showcase sketch came along.
