What I'd like is if you didn't do what you did on the GSN board and turn every single discussion you're involved with into a hatefest. Think you can manage that? Because if you can't, we're going to have... a problem. Sometimes it's better to just pointedly ignore a subject rather than rant on endlessly against it. FINE, but I still think that this version is along with its host, announcer, and crackheaded producers and directors is still the worst version to be ever seen on tape and it needs to be buried along with the ET cartridges so you and any other game show fan can never, ever change my opinion on that agreed?
also GSN is still doing sloppy these days, sometimes they do good (i.e. Sale of the Century (Perry) & Shop 'Til You Drop (Finn) others bad (i.e. Skin Wars *facepalm*).

Agreed, not ryig to start a battle of tthe sexes thing here but most Women are smarter than Men anyway. It's a pilot. Most of it's not exactly true. I don't think it means anything if it's a pilot. Also, you could have removed "crackheaded" and it would mean the exact same thing. As long as you keep those kinds of words out of your posts, we'd still grasp the concept of what you're saying. Thanks.

I'm just saying that when it comes to the famous and respected Goodson-Todman library, Fremantle is the Michael Bay of classic game show revivals, they will butcher these timeless favorites until they are turned to test-run one-season only flops or add some idiotic ideas to their current versions on TV (Price/Feud) that don't make any sense whatsoever only for ratings and media press. but its not only G-T library has become victims of this travesty, its also Carruthers (i.e. Whammy! despite its popularity) and Grundy (i.e.Temptation: The New Sale of the Century) as well.
As a matter of fact, I think that both TPIR and Feud are on life support thanks to Fremantle and someday they want to pull the plug on both so they can rest peacefully in their sleep.

I don't even watch Harvey FF anymore but I'm over it. Sometimes it's just best to wash your hands of something and move on.

Or we could, you know... Keep it to either another thread altogether (in its own little world), or in the Debate section. See the part in parentheses for the latter.

Yeah I haven't watched since about 2012. With the answer penis being more predictable, yeah, just got old after seeing it every other question.
But the ratings are in favor for Steve. Both on GSN and in Syndication.
Of course with the pilot, yeah I watched. Wow was that last fast money player stupid. Luckily the first player did very well. Liked the set. Of course didn't care for Ray.
Can't wait to see what Wink has for us next.

On the Fast Money playing:
Since this was what it was, an unbroadcast pilot, the round was probably setup that way to increase tension and make it a stronger sell.

It's remembered as Tom Kennedy's final game show hosting gig, and one of the last victims of NBC's dreaded noontime "death slot" in the 1980s... but wait'll you see who hosted the original pilot (and for that matter, who the announcer was)!
The show looks pretty much the same as the one which eventually made it to air, except for a differently-shaped maingame board and the (possible) lack of an accruing bonus round jackpot. And of course, Tom Kennedy and Charlie O'Donnell taking the roles played in this pilot by... well, you'll see.

Awesome! I've only seen this episode and that other one on the circuit. I prefer this one over Classic Concentration.
