As previously stated, Carrie Vs. Jeff and Jeff Vs. Janis are in circulation from the original broadcast, though I don't think I've ever seen the latter on the tubes.

That's four times Buzzr skipped an episode where someone won a car, and Alex did not say who it was.
Who wants to bet the episode that was just skipped was Mark Burr's original appearance? I'll be surprised if it wasn't.

Sometime in March, if it is not skipped and they've converted enough new episodes, we'll see the Bob Hilton cameo with the Let's Make a Deal rebus to promote LMAD90.

That YT clip is a Jeff C. comedy highlight reel from his two episodes.

Since the 2 Out of 3 format is coming to an end, I suggest we get the following statistics:
Biggest winner Most prizes won in a single day Biggest prize package won in a single day

That's four times Buzzr skipped an episode where someone won a car, and Alex did not say who it was. Well, episode 791 (on which the car was won) was the last episode taped that day, and the episode you are complaining about (792) was the first episode taped on a different day. Alex probably didn't even remember; it might have been several days later.

How fitting. The final week with this format ended with Garrett being brought back due to an error, the Cash Pot being won by Garrett, and a car win. So then, this format change began all fresh and new.

I also strongly suspect that, beginning with the "Two Strikes 2.0 Era", the Cash Pot will find a permanent home on Game # 2. Since it was introduced, it has moved between Games 1 and 2 with no discernible pattern.
Out of the 25 or so episodes I have watched on YT from this era, every one has had the Cash Pot in Game 2. So while it is possible that it could be in Game 1, it seems unlikely. I am looking forward to watching these episodes and finding out.

Regarding the opening rebuses used in CC Episodes 787-792, these were all likely used during game play in skipped episodes 542 and 545-549. In the episodes immediately prior to episode 787, the opening rebus matched up with a known rebus from prior game play, all the way up to episode 786, which matched up with the rebus from Game 2 of episode 541. Then, beginning with episode 787, the opening rebuses do not match with any known rebus from prior game play until episode 793, in which the opening rebus is the same as Game 1 of episode 550. With 12-18 unknown rebuses across the six skipped episodes, it is my prediction that if we ever see those episodes we will also see the opening rebuses from 787-792.
Edit: Looking ahead at future trends in the repeat pattern of the opening rebus, I also predict we will see some of the opening rebuses from 787-792 repeat as opening rebuses across episodes 971-985.

Apparently, 5 Bonus Car Seconds was in place by September. I didn't see it anywhere.
Even that episode in circulation from July 1990 didn't have it.

One interesting element of Classic Concentration's "Two Strikes 2.0" format beginning on episode 797 is that the chair to Alex's right (left side of the screen) is no longer reserved for the champion. When the champion fails to win a car and returns to play another game, they return to whatever seating position they were in when they won, and the returning contestant (if the loser has only one strike) or new contestant occupies the other position.

That was the same David who played again in the Tournament in November 1990 who was on just now. Though his name was Dave when he played again.

Why did Buzzr edit out Bob Hilton's cameo on the second episode? And did anyone catch what that rebus he was holding said?
