Why did Buzzr edit out Bob Hilton's cameo on the second episode? And did anyone catch what that rebus he was holding said? Let's Make a Deal was what the rebus said. Tennis"Let"s May+K D+Eel As to why it was edited out, who knows? Other celebrity cameos have aired on Buzzr, like Eubanks plugging ALl-Star Secrets on Perry CS.

What was the error that caused Anthony to return in Game 2? Anthony didn't return to the show in this current batch of episodes. Maybe he does later on

I can kinda understand why #0818 was skipped. There was tape damage all throughout on the top image in #0817, and it probably got worse in #0818.
I think this was what happened: Garrett won prizes worth over $5,000 in Game 2. Cash Pot and Winner's Circles not won. Garrett in Game 1 and Ann in Game 2 each earned a strike, and Ann is out.

When Classic Concentration is refreshed, the next available episode from the original broadcast is B.B. King's cameo from September 18, 1990.

That was the same David who played again in the Tournament in November 1990 who was on just now. Though his name was Dave when he played again. David/Dave qualified for the TOC in the second Car Game on episode 807. When he was making his last selection, AT told him "Take Your Time". He did slow down a bit, but still qualified for the TOC.
As the episode wrapped up, AT said David/Dave had won the car in a base of time of 35 seconds, but when he appeared on the TOC, he shown as qualifying with a 34 second car win, which was the correct time if you go back and watch. In fact, 34 seconds was the slowest car win time to qualify for the November 1990 TOC, as five contestants qualified with that time.

Regarding the opening rebuses used in CC Episodes 787-792, these were all likely used during game play in skipped episodes 542 and 545-549. In the episodes immediately prior to episode 787, the opening rebus matched up with a known rebus from prior game play, all the way up to episode 786, which matched up with the rebus from Game 2 of episode 541. Then, beginning with episode 787, the opening rebuses do not match with any known rebus from prior game play until episode 793, in which the opening rebus is the same as Game 1 of episode 550. With 12-18 unknown rebuses across the six skipped episodes, it is my prediction that if we ever see those episodes we will also see the opening rebuses from 787-792.
Edit: Looking ahead at future trends in the repeat pattern of the opening rebus, I also predict we will see some of the opening rebuses from 787-792 repeat as opening rebuses across episodes 971-985.
Based on rebus repeat patterns, the opening rebus from episode # 808 (Boardwalk) was very likely used in skipped episode 569.

I also strongly suspect that, beginning with the "Two Strikes 2.0 Era", the Cash Pot will find a permanent home on Game # 2. Since it was introduced, it has moved between Games 1 and 2 with no discernible pattern. Out of the 25 or so episodes I have watched on YT from this era, every one has had the Cash Pot in Game 2. So while it is possible that it could be in Game 1, it seems unlikely. I am looking forward to watching these episodes and finding out. This has not proven to be true. During the "Two Strikes 2.0 Era", the Cash Pot is still moving between Games 1 and 2 with no discernible pattern.

There are now three possibilities when 5 Bonus Car Seconds could have debuted: August 29, 1990, September 6, 1990, or September 13, 1990.

Now, did this episode get skipped due to that poster and mentions of Scott's job? I hope not.
Another possibility is that one of the puzzles was "Tobacco Road". Buzzr can't advertise cigarettes due to be OTA. That's an FCC violation.

Just finished watching Episode 823 of CC (Original Air Date, Thursday, August 9, 1990), and thought I would share the following observations (spoilers ahead): - The first puzzle was a repeat from Episode 10, Game 2; Aisle "H"-8 Mice-elf Inn "the" "M"-awning; (I'll Hate Myself in the Morning). In episode 10, the game with this puzzle was interrupted. In episode 823, one contestant had a clear chance to solve with all the panels open but couldn't do it, which is a little surprising since the puzzle had been seen before. The other contestant was able to solve. - The second puzzle was almost a repeat from Episode 740, Game 2. In 740, the puzzle was; Back Two "SQ"-Hare One;, while in 823 the puzzle was; Back Two "SQ"-Hair One. I have seen many instances with prior rebuses repeated exactly, but this is the first time I have noted that an exact solution was repeated but with different symbols.
Additionally, the Game was won in a single turn. The Challenger selected first, made three matches, and solved the puzzle. The champ, who already had one strike, never got to play, and had to go home. Considering this puzzle was basically being reused so soon after it's first appearance, it is not surprising that it was solved quickly.
- In the second Bonus Round on this episode, champ Debra Cowler won a car in 34 seconds (50 to start, 16 left when she won). This time is equal to the slowest time to qualify for the second TOC (five contestants qualified, as I noted in prior post), but Debra did not appear in the second TOC. I would guess she was either not invited, or was invited but could not make it.
