I was prepared to record episdes #1210 and #1211 of Match Game this week. While they aired #1210, the next timeslot aired episodes from the #1261-#1265 week. Up until then, they had been airing Match Game in chronological order. Has Buzzr ever aired #1211 (Don Sutton in the first celeb seat)?

I just saw a second promo that was made for the Eubanks Card Sharks week and based on the clips used in it, the episodes being shown look to be from the first week or two of 1986. The first episode itself proper is clearly seen. Not sure if there's going to be anything outside of that. I did learn on another forum that Buzzr will be replacing Super Password with Eubanks' Card Sharks for ten weeks, airing back-to-back episodes all week long. Buzzr will be airing fifty episodes of this series. I would assume that they will likely air the initial run of those fifty episodes for five weeks, followed by five weeks of reruns. We may not get to see Faith's record win this time around, but I wonder if Buzzr plans on airing the pilot? And on one of the promos, I remember seeing Daryl, Tony and Erica in the promo, and they definitely were from January 1986. There's no certainty if Super Password will return this summer or not.

Super Password's not going off the schedule. It'll be on weekdays at 7:30 AM replacing Perry Sharks. SP's also replacing Perry Sharks Saturdays at 9:30 AM and 7:30 PM. Card Sharks replaces Super Password Sundays at 4:00 AM and 12:00 PM. Not sure whether those blocks are from 1978 or 1986.

^ I'd guess it'll be the Eubanks version that gets those weekend blocks. I'm really hoping at some point we'll get to see episodes from 1987-89 because much of that part of the show hasn't been seen very much in the last several years. But hey, this version of Card Sharks is a fresh classic for Buzzr in general so I can't complain. Repetition will be lessened a bit. Also it'll be worth re-recording since the episodes won't be tampered with as GSN's later airings of the shows were. ETA: vahan, a repeat airing of episode #28 of Double Dare (which was first shown last Sunday) is airing right now on Buzzr and while watching it for the first time, I noticed a tape glitch within the episode. This is probably what caused GSN to skip it.

Good news for me, I finally got Buzzr. Bad news is it's on a low powered TV station. So it coms in kind of fuzzy and I have to adjust my antenna just right. I'm just happy I got the channel now.
The first game show I got to watch on Buzzr was Dawson Feud yesterday, and man I missed that show. I also got to see Monty Hall's Let's Make a Deal which was refreshing. So, I'm pretty happy. I don't know if I could watch it a whole lot, just when there's something I want to watch or on weekends.
Overall glad I finally get this channel.

***NEWS FLASH***
On June 1, Buzzr's first anniversary, the network will be airing the 1987 pilot of Ray Combs' Family Feud, as well as a 1989 episode. I am not sure if the latter will be from the syndicated or CBS run.
As an added bonus, we're getting 1985 episodes of The All-New Let's Make a Deal. I am not sure if they're from the first or second season, but judging by the Big Deal amounts (under $10,000), I am thinking they'll be from the first season.
Also, a September 1985 episode of Super Password is scheduled.
Link to the source will be coming, the link was viewed through Facebook. I am unable to copy/paste the link on the tablet I am using as of this post.

Instead of these one-off episode airings for special events, I'd rather see them start showing additional blocks of programming outside of the current rerun block.

I still don't have this channel, but it's great that Buzzr is celebrating its anniversary by adding more episodes of classic shows. It's nice that Buzzr continues to focus on classics, especially since GSN continues to decrease their amount of classic programming.

GSN should not tell Buzzr what it can and can't air (and vice versa).

Buzzr is airing the first episode of Match Game '73 right now as a part of its Time Machine block. Wonder what else will be seen after this. I'll be setting the TiVo to record. Usually with this block, with the exception of last July 4th weekend, it's something that's already on the schedule (MG of course is on itself, but not from the year 1973).

Scott Rahner is reporting the following (from his blog):
Also, I was told today (but I cannot reveal the source) that the classics block on GSN will be now known as "BUZZR on GSN", reflecting a new partnership between the two. It will still be 8:00am to 10:00am but may grow if ratings allow. Full credits without crunches, just as they appear on Buzzr, will be intact during this block. Expect an announcement very soon, with this possibly starting at the beginning of July. A definite way for those to see Buzzr who do not have it.
