Really? They are?
So, which MG '75 episodes are they playing, and were Johnny O's closing reminders muted?

For LMAD, PYL and Super Password, what years respectively will the episodes are going to be Sam by any chance? Or as usual, wait til they premiere on the Game TV channel.

The site rarely gives episode information for those shows. There's no year listed for any of them. If I were to guess, Press Your Luck and Super Password will probably start from the premiere episodes for both. No clue for Let's Make a Deal. I'm wondering what version we'll see. Maybe (though highly unlikely) we'll see the 1980-1981 episodes. I mean this is a Canadian channel. We'll just have to wait and see. I'm hoping for the 70's episodes personally. Also, Hollywood Squares (not sure which version, probably Bergeron) and Celebrity Name Game get weekly slots too.

WIll CBS get mad at Gametv for showing LMAD, meaning a quick dropping of the show. Buzzr was forced to drop the reruns, ditto GSN, who aired it on a few Saturday evenings last Fall(though CBS and Fremantle did allow a marathon of LMAD to air last October in the wake of MOnty's death). The 1980-81 LMAD DID rerun in the mid 80s on some Canadian stations, around the time the 1984-86 version was in first-run. The 1985-86 season of Deal hasn't been seen in 22 years since Family Channel dropped LMAD reruns in March 1996.

Considering the show lasted 2 years in Buzzr reruns, I no longer buy the theory that CBS does not want the old version rerun. While I don't know why the show is no longer on Buzzr, it's obvious it bombed on reruns on GSN last winter. That whole block disappeared fast.

No clue for Let's Make a Deal. I'm wondering what version we'll see. Maybe (though highly unlikely) we'll see the 1980-1981 episodes. I mean this is a Canadian channel. Given that GameTV's already aired Split Second (another Hatos-Hall show produced in Canada) and The Joke's On Us! (another Canadian game hosted by Monty), it wouldn't surprise me if they get the 1980-81 Deal out there for the first time in something like 30 years (the last repeats were on Global around 1986).

Decided to return to the forums after a nearly six-month hiatus, after I learned the news about GameTV having acquired new classics to the retro block. Plus I found out soon after I heard the news that I do have GameTV on my digital box. "Let's Make a Deal" is actually "The All-New Let's Make a Deal" (which is what I was hoping for), starting with the 1984 season, and one of the traders in the first segment was Dorcas who turned down a Chevrolet Chevette. What episode number was that?
I'd be interested to find out what the starting points for "Super Password" and "Press Your Luck" will be, which come up later on.

Yep, it’s the 1984-1986 version. This episode looks like it’s aired on Buzzr before.
And my stream of it is not working well at all. Oh well.

So "Match Game 75" is episodes aired on Buzzr before, and now "The All-New Let's Make a Deal". I noticed that Buzzr hasn't aired 1983 "Press Your Luck" in a long time, as was TANLMAD.
The Big Deal on today's broadcast was $9,046, if I recall, which prevailed on Episode #088, which was the first episode aired on Buzzr. it's looking probable that "Super Password" and "Press Your Luck" will likely start from 1984 and 1983 respectively, but we'll know in the coming hours.

"Super Password" is on right now. Gloria Loring and Pat Sajak are the celebrities. Looks like, as CW expected, GameTV is starting from the premiere.
I'd like to assume that "Press Your Luck" will be 1983 episodes, but GameTV will reveal it in an hour.

Finally, "Press Your Luck" is just starting. I only saw a split second of the beginning, and looking at the player on the far left, which is Lana in her vibrant, colorful outfit, as CW and I expected, it is indeed the 1983 premiere. Interestingly, these 1983 episodes no longer air on Buzzr at this time, as far as I know. Either way, this is the first time the 1983 episodes will have aired on a Canadian channel (ASN - Atlantic Satellite Network - in Atlantic Canada aired the February to August 1985 episodes during 1988-89).
Regarding "The All-New Let's Make a Deal", I did learn from Ryan Rinkerman on Facebook that many of the 1985 episodes from Season 1 of "The All-New Let's Make a Deal" aired, and is wondering why Buzzr chose to start at #088 instead of the 1984 premiere. He did mention the final three episodes from Season 1 never aired on Buzzr. It's surprising, since one of those episodes had a Big Deal worth more than $10,000 - maybe that wasn't won.
I also noticed, up to now, no promotions for Super Password, Let's Make a Deal, and Press Your Luck up to now, though I just saw clips from Match Game 75 on a promo for GameTV's retro block just now. At least I can watch these classics on Saturday and Sunday afternoons.
"Hollywood Squares" returns to GameTV later this evening, it would be interesting to find out if it's episodes never aired on GameTV before, though I never got to see the earlier broadcasts as I never had GameTV as part of my Bell Aliant digital package.
