"Let's Make a Deal" is actually "The All-New Let's Make a Deal" (which is what I was hoping for), starting with the 1984 season, and one of the traders in the first segment was Dorcas who turned down a Corvette. What episode number was that?
The most expensive car offered in the 1984-85 season of LMAD was worth $14K, ergo Corvettes were never offered as they were worth $20K+ base price by then

Regarding "The All-New Let's Make a Deal", I did learn from Ryan Rinkerman on Facebook that many of the 1985 episodes from Season 1 of "The All-New Let's Make a Deal" aired, and is wondering why Buzzr chose to start at #088 instead of the 1984 premiere. He did mention the final three episodes from Season 1 never aired on Buzzr. It's surprising, since one of those episodes had a Bug Deal worth more than $10,000 - maybe that wasn't won.
Only once in the first season of All New LMAD did the big deal surpass $10K, and it was one of the last, possibly the last, episode of the season, and it was not won. I believe it was $10,145, and was a $3095 piano, $6050 RCA Entertainment system(a semi-regular item in the Big Deal that season), and $1K in cash.

You are welcome. Since it appears the old GSN boards, where the guide was posted back in 2006, can’t be accssed anymore, this is where the guide will be at from here on out.

But could the old GSN Buzz boards be accessed through the Wayback Machine? Specifically the Super Password episode guide thread?

Saw a small portion of Hollywood Squares last night. It must have been the same episodes that aired on GameTV before, as the scoring system looked to be original, as one player was in the lead $1500 to $500, and Florence Joyner-Griffith was one of the celebrities, implying being early in the first season.

FLo-Jo died between the show's taping and airing, and Whoopi IIRC mentioned her passing at the beginning of some episodes that week. Early on it was $500-$500-$1000-$2000($250 for each square in a game where time ran out) for each game, but several weeks into the first season they doubled the dollar values for each game, and changed the bonus round to where a player had to agree or disagree right on one question right to win the prize, rather than winning the prize outright by just picking a star. The shows aired a bit out of order taped in the first season, as there were no returning champions or Secret Square progressive jackpots.

Thanks for pointing it out, my post from yesterday has now been edited.

Looks like for what it's worth The All New Let's Make a Deal is airing the episodes in order unlike Buzzr did. I hope it sticks around for awhile, I've been missing this show.

CardSharksFan8689 said there were weeks skipped entirely due to celebrity clearance issues. Actually, only one week was skipped entirely due to such circumstances. There were a couple of other weeks skipped entirely, but I do not think they were due to celebrity clearance issues.

It makes sense, and that's how the episodes should be broadcast, in my opinion. Buzzr had a practice of constantly jumping around in the limited run of about 80 or so episodes - it's very difficult to keep track for the purpose of providing data for online episode guides. At least GameTV is doing the right thing. CardSharksFan8689 said there were weeks skipped entirely due to celebrity clearance issues. Could you please direct me to the post I made? It must have been a post I made a long while ago, and since i was absent for nearly six months, I completely lost track. I cpuld have sworn i remembered you mentioning one week in June or July 1987 where one full week was skipped by GSN and it was a celebrity named David (I forget his last name), mentioning his gameplay was quite horrible.

At least GameTV is doing the right thing. Of course, this is the type of show you could show the episodes out of order and it wouldn't really make that much of a difference. The question I have is how long is this one going to stick around on the Game TV schedule? Bumper Stumpers didn't last long in that slot, and The New Dating Game with Brad Sherwood obviously didn't work. Their online schedule only goes up to July 29th, so we'll have to wait and see. Another thing worth noting. Before this week, Game TV was airing episodes from 1997 and 1998 of The Newlywed Game. It looks like they're going to stick with the 1998 episodes for the time being. I liked the look and feel of the 1997 episodes better, but oh well, it's not too big of a deal.
