Kind of neat, I'm able to see Georgeann Wright take part in two different tournaments this week. She's in the Tournament of Champions that started this morning on Classic Concentration on Buzzr, and GameTV is airing her tournament on The $100,000 Pyramid.

Xmas Day 2000 between 6-7PM EST on GSN saw Mary Money(sp?)'s $100K Pyramid tourney winning episode followed by an episode of Mary on MG76 a decade earlier It should be Mary Monte. She was on the December 4, 1986 episode and didn't win neither half of the episode but she was in a disadvantage. How was Mary disadvantaged?

Here's another one we can add: Zanete Barons, she was on Password Plus partnered with Greg Morris but only won $100 there in June 1981, she'd later appear on Jeopardy! in September 1986(Shows #470-#471 to be precise).

Speaking of Faith Lipton, did you also know that she was also Rafferty Card Sharks? She appeared towards the end of #120 after YPW week ended, so the following Monday's episode begins with Dan vs. Faith Lipton which that episode begins with the start of Game 2.

If you watch Master Minds on GSN, Darlene Lieblich-Tipton, who appeared on Jeopardy! in 1999-2000, and was seen as one of the interviewees in Big Bucks: The Press Your Luck Scandal, was a contestant.

Jeanette Jennings was on twice today...though she didn't fare too well in the shows that aired. At 6 PM EST, she was on Match Game/Hollywood Squares Hour, losing Squares to her challenging opponent. She did hit for a $20,000 Super Match with Gloria Loring the day before, though. (She was on for two days, 2/1-2/84, leaving with $21,725 total.) At 11 PM EST, she became one of several challengers swept away by Robert Bezette in Eubanks Card Sharks (spelling is a guess, he's the 73-year-old who won several games who's been on the Saturday night Eubanks Card Sharks). Accordingly, this time she was shut out completely (introduced late on 2/21/86, 2/24 is what aired today).
