This would have been an awesome 4/1 joke one year. But this is actually happening:
Basically, for those of you who won't watch the video, it's Triple Jeopardy for the celebrity version. It's triple the dollar values and triple the Daily Doubles. And it's harder clues. That should be interesting.

so we might see the one day record broke even with the format down to the 84 values due to more questions

An upset during week one happened in week 1 of the celeb tourney. At least IMHO

Another super champ in regular play. If he is allowed to play in the upcoming ToC, and the ToC is played with the same rules, then a super champ will mathmatically be eliminated in the quarter finals

Regular play back in November with Cris going for a 12th win. Monday is the beginning of the two second chance weeks with the 18 contestant tournament beginning on October 31. TofC quarter finals is 10/31-11/4 and 11/7, 11/8 is a special episode(there will be some preemptions for midterm election coverage, and 11/8 is the second anniversary of Alex Trebek's passing), 11/9-11/11 are the semis. The finals of the tourney is best of seven, single games, like the 2020 ABC primetime Jennings/Rutter/Holzhauer tourney was, so the finals will run at least 11/14-11/16, and could run 11/14-11/18 and 11/21-11/22 if it takes seven games for someone to win three games. Regular play returns sometime between 11/17 and 11/23

let's see if the rule changes for the tourney are good played out as they seem to be on paper, unlike the mlb playoffs

Interesting wagering in the finals. Someone almost snatched defeat from the jaws of victory like Cliff did on cheers.

I just checked the J-Archive website and the Primetime Celebrity Jeopardy episode for 11/6/2022 only has the Jeopardy round.

As the only three contestants from this year's main Tournament of Champions bracket to not play in a quarterfinal game... Why not hold a special exhibition game for bragging rights? Who knows if this will be a preview of the actual final. But who cares! Super Champ showdown!

this was a great idea to give those 3 super champs a bye and have a faceoff in an exhibition. For one of those catergories, we see the writers must have a sense of humor. There's no way that wasn't planed out in the writer's room
