One of the July 1991 episodes with Art James announcing had Richard and Lisa playing. Yes, that one I do recall, it was Richard himself (TheRavenmagic on YouTube - www.youtube.com/@theravenmagic) who uploaded the clip. He sadly didn't upload the whole episode, and he too has gone quiet on YouTube. We do know contextually that Richard said he "actually won one game, woo-hoo", so we can be sure that Lisa got at least one X from him as he was introduced as a newcomer in that clip. I remember a dark-haired Lisa from that period also, around the same time as Eunice (the blond lady with glasses who won her car with 60 seconds around July-August 1991). I can't recall if that Lisa won a car though. But I do remember she used the same pattern as many contestants (1-2, 4-5, 7-8...). And I'm also not sure if this is the same Lisa... but it's a very common name so yeah we can't rule out the possibility.

Did anyone surpass Mike's $54,819, and come below Monica's $60,650 (meaning somewhere between both totals)?
Another thing I should note: Wikipedia won't let me edit the Concentration page to mention that the final total of 1987-1991 NBC episodes was 1,090, and the final first-run show aired on August 30, 1991.

Yeah, I can understand. Wikipedia has all these "locked" and "semi-locked" articles which can't be edited no matter what we do. And in answer to your question above: Not to the best of my knowledge not yet. The biggest winners to date (all $30,000 or above) in the Two Strikes 2.0 format from highest to lowest are: Tracey Woolley (928-929) - $43,273 Carolyn Romberg (964-967) - $39,684 Carol Callaghan (1083-1085) - $38,629 Stuart "Shotgun Jones" Chapin (827-830) - $38,516 Edward Ewing (801-804) - $33,625 Jim Hamilton (867-868) - $31,602 Christopher Williams (887 and 893) - $31,464 Grady Manley (970-972) - $31,374 Jeff (990-992) - $30,004 On that note, it may be possible that Chris Gardner (1071-1074), who was in the Winner's Circle no less than 7 or 8 times (given that he had accumulated 70 seconds by his final time there), may have accumulated more than Tracey, so let's stay tuned and keep our eyes and ears peeled for Buzzr announcing that episode.

Also of note are how many players surpassed having 60 seconds on the clock so far in the Two Strikes 2.0 format. So far, I can think of only two off the top of my head - Terri Melton (1034-1037; 65 seconds) and Chris Gardner (1071-1074; 70 seconds). We've got only about 12 regular episodes to go before Terri's first appearance, so I'm wondering if somebody did win a car there in 70 seconds (as Alex himself pointed out to Terri in episode 1036 after Game 2's bonus round).

On episode 1004, the new contestant in the first game is Phrenella Harrington. Her name is spelled correctly on her name tag, but is misspelled on the prize board on the back wall on the player's podium.
For the second game of the episode, the name on the prize board was corrected.
I normally don't pay attention to this, but it was such an uncommon name, the discrepancy caught my attention.

I noticed that too! I thought at first it looked like "Phrenilla" on the prize board and "Phrenella" on her badge - the latter was obviously the correct one. For the record, she was a giant-killer - she handed the second X to her first opponent who had won more than $21,000 in prizes and would have won a car on his next go at the bonus round. Sadly, she didn't make it past the next episode. I'm gonna be taping today's episodes - I hope they are gonna be something between episodes 1017 and 1023, God willing... because tomorrow they're gonna be reverting back to 1987 again.

Yes, you are correct, the last four episodes are indeed airing today. So contrary to what I said earlier, I will NOT be uploading anything new today - there isn't anything new to be uploaded yet anyways. God willing BUZZR will announce the new episodes (1017, 1023-1074) soon. They're getting very very close to releasing all the CC episodes. I hope they'll release a schedule by Halloween if not before Thanksgiving.

Here are known (or inferred) happenings in BUZZR skipped episode 1005:
- The actual opening rebus is unknown, but it was almost certainly not only the same unknown opening rebus from BUZZR skipped episode 818, it was also almost certainly one of the two rebuses used in game play in episode 586. - David Smith won both games against Phrenella Harrington. She earned two strikes and left with $8,373 in prizes. - Smith won "Just under $8,000 in prizes" in his two wins, including a Cash Pot of $500 - He did not win a car. His first bonus round was 35 seconds, and his second was either 40 or 45 seconds.

Comments of episode 1007: In the second game, Alex announced the Cash Pot had a value of $700, which surprised me because I thought it was going to be $600. When the Cash Pot was matched and appeared on a contestant's prize board, it appeared for the first time with the dollar amount shown, and it was for the correct amount of $600. This the first known appearance of the Cash Pot amount on the Prize Board. While we can't completely rule out this debuted on 1005 (since we know the Cash Pot was matched on that episode and we haven't seen the actual episode), it seems likely that 1007 was the debut, as it was a new taping day.
Edit: This is incorrect, it was actually 991. See below.
Also I just noticed that the Honda Civic will be one of the cars on all the remaining episodes, and that this actually stretches all the way back to episode 939. I think I didn't pick this up sooner because the Civic frequently moves to different spot on the podium during this time. 939 - 943 Honda Civic is in the fourth spot; 944 - 955 Honda Civic is in the second spot; 956 - 972 Honda Civic is in the third spot; 973 - 989 Honda Civic is in the sixth spot; 990 - 1017 Honda Civic is in the first spot; 1018 - 1090 Honda Civic is in the third spot; (the Subaru Justy and Plymouth Sundance are also on all of these episode, but move spots)

U 100% sure? Correct me if I'm wrong, I think the Cash Pot amount has always been shown in the Prize Board as far as I remember, at least for the Two Strikes 2.0 format - Phrenella won it in episode 1004 and it said "$500 Cash Pot" in her prize column. And yes, you are correct when you said that Alex said (wrongly) that the Cash Pot amount for that day was $700, when actually it was $600. Good thing the producers (and Gene) later corrected him.

The Cash Pot was matched on 989, and the $$ amount did not appear on the prize board, just "$$ Cash Pot $$". It was not matched in 990, but when it was matched on 991, we saw "$600 Cash Pot" on the Prize Board.

Yes, you are correct. It's very interesting how the Honda Civic remained at the same spot for the rest of the show's run (at least according to the Mark Goodson Wiki). But these episodes were IMHO the best - because for me at least they were the ones I saw and can therefore relate to better than the other episodes. Only 12 regular episodes remain (1017 and 1023-1033) before we catch on to champion Terri Melton's four-episode run; if, as Alex said, there was a champion who won a car in 70 seconds during the Two Strikes 2.0 format (before Terri's appearance), this would be the time they would show up. So far, the longest time on the clock ever to win a car in the Two Strikes 2.0 format are a tie between Stuart "Shotgun Jones" Chapin (827-830) and Edward Ewing (801-804), each of whom had 60 seconds.
