S_SweepFan3 - hope you don't mind an extended (also known as "short") recap in my spoiler. I'll probably go ahead and delete my previous post since having two different posts with spoilers of the results is redundant and you're doing a better job at it than I am. No, don't delete. Keep it up.

Hey, S_SweepFan3 - keep going with your recap. I'm watching two shows at once. Can't happen.

Chomp did not deserve to win. It got flipped a lot and Disc O'Inferno was in control that whole fight. Definitely no bias in the judging here!

/sarcasm I disagree. Most of Chomp's "flips" were due to poor design of being too narrow. Many times Chomp would fall over not due to any action from Disc O'Inferno. Chomp recovered every time and I felt Chomp was more of the aggressor than Disc O' was.

The eight wild cards are: Blacksmith Ghost Raptor Lockjaw Nightmare Mega Tento Lucky Bombshell Overhaul

Some questionable wild cards in there. The biggest surprise is Disco Inferno not getting one. I definitely feel that bias was a factor here. Something tells me that the judges hate that bot's builder.
Also, I'm not a fan of allowing projectile weapons (Brutus had it). That's really cheap if you ask me.

I don't think projectiles are permitted, but flamethrowers are. Those special effects "bullets" are basically nothing but harmless pyrotechnics. Mobius fell apart on its own from being unbalanced (which has been a problem before with high-powered full-body spinners)

Mobius fell apart on its own from being unbalanced (which has been a problem before with high-powered full-body spinners) To me, it looked like maybe those projectiles caused Moebius to become unbalanced. You could be right though. Maybe Moebius was unbalanced to begin with. It's hard to tell.

I just watched it again in slo-mo. Mobius started getting unbalanced long before any of the "bullets" made it in his direction. As soon as it started spinning up, it was wobbling.

Also, about the wild card selections, I wonder if some of the decisions not to include some deserving bots was based on whether the bots were able to be repaired in time for the next round.
