Here are the weeks of Super Password GSN skipped entirely:
Abby Dalton & Richard Kline (October 20-24, 1986) - How this week suddenly warranted a skip will always be a mystery to me. Because GSN used to show this week once or twice. First week with the whispered passwords, players riding out with the player island, and splitscreen graphics during the endgame.
Bob & Ginnie Newhart Vs. Dick & Dolly Martin (November 10-14, 1986) - Certainly wasn't due to celebrity clearances, because the other time they were on (1988) aired on GSN. Tape damage, maybe? One episode is on the trading circuit from the original broadcast; the Monday episode from the next week (Days of Our Lives Vs. Another World) is also skipped, but is also on the trading circuit from original broadcast.
Audrey Landers, Tom Poston, Christopher Hewett, David Leisure (August 17-21, 1987) - This was the only week skipped entirely due to celebrity clearance issues.
Rebeca Arthur & Pat Sajak (October 24-28, 1988) - NBC Trick or Treat Week. There's clips on YouTube.

Of course, this is the type of show you could show the episodes out of order and it wouldn't really make that much of a difference. Same thing applies for first-run The Price is Right. Of course, considering both LMAD and TPIR had no returning champions, it does makes sense. The question I have is how long is this one going to stick around on the Game TV schedule? Bumper Stumpers didn't last long in that slot, and The New Dating Game with Brad Sherwood obviously didn't work. Their online schedule only goes up to July 29th, so we'll have to wait and see. Bumper Stumpers and Sherwood's The Dating Game were probably just placeholders. GameTV probably knew well in advance they were not going to be permanent. Another thing worth noting. Before this week, Game TV was airing episodes from 1997 and 1998 of The Newlywed Game. It looks like they're going to stick with the 1998 episodes for the time being. I liked the look and feel of the 1997 episodes better, but oh well, it's not too big of a deal. I do remember seeing back-to-back airings of The Newlywed Game on my day off on Monday, June 25. The copyright dates were 1997 and 1998, or vice versa. Considering that the number of airings is now cut to just one, they may be sticking with 1998 episodes now because that was probably what we airing in that specific time slot last week before Super Password replaced the later airing this week. I would think that the latter slot for The Newlywed Game was devoted to 1997 episodes until last Friday as I post this. Rebeca Arthur & Pat Sajak (October 24-28, 1988) - NBC Trick or Treat Week. There's clips on YouTube. I wonder why GSN chose to skip that week, yet air the episode that originally aired on October 31, 1988? I remember a guy named Chance Rooney (Chance007, later WinningChance, on the defunct GSN boards) who posted the October 31, 1988 episode on YouTube back in 2009. He was banned from YouTube early this decade, but despite no end game being played, it was a great episode.

They acquired the 1997 episodes in Late March/Early April. They aired the 1998 episodes (which they picked up in October 2017) at 1:30pm and then the 1997 episodes at 2:00pm. Then somewhere between there (I don't know when) the episodes switched places. I could see them rotating that slot between the 2 shows.
As for the 1:00pm slot, it doesn't make sense to pick up a show knowing it won't last long. Dating Game did last 4 months, so we'll have to wait and see what happens with that slot.

It seems as if The Newlywed Game is doing reasonably well, otherwise GameTV wouldn't have acquired a different season this past spring. Early April seems more likely for acquiring the 1997 episodes, since that would be half a year after they acquired the 1998 episodes.
I am not sure what it is about the 1:00 p.m. ET slot that causes viewership problems. Maybe it's competition against GSN's broadcasts of Match Game or any reason we don't know about.
Also, regarding Super Password on GameTV, in case nobody is aware, there was a late night airing of the show last night. If anybody recorded it, was it a repeat of Ep. 0004 that aired yesterday afternoon or was it the next episode in line, Ep. 0005?
EDIT: It must have been a repeat last night, as Gloria and Pat are still the celebrities on this afternoon's airing, Ep. 0005, as I edit this post. It makes me wonder if the weekend airings will be repeats from last Monday's and Tuesday's airings?

Turns out the 1997 episodes of Bob Eubanks' The Newlywed Game is now airing on GameTV again. I could tell, not only by looking at the copyright date, but more so his wardrobe. In 1998, he rarely wore a jacket, and if he did he wore it without a tie; and he wore a shirt - minus the jacket - on many episodes.
I'd like to ask, are these 1997 and 1998 episodes from the same season? I could of sworn I read on the defunct GSN boards that someone else hosted the 1990s version before Bob Eubanks took over hosting?

They’re different seasons. Major differences are indicated by the set, and the theme song. The 1997 season reused the 1977-1980 theme.

And it was Gary Kroeger who hosted the 96-97 season.

A couple of years ago, Game TV actually did show the 1996-97 season of Dating Game with a different format than the original and with Brad Sherwood hosting. Perhaps they will someday air the Gary Kroeger NG. GSN didn't bother to air the 1996-97 seasons of either. They aired the 1997-99 Chuck Woolery years of Dating Game when it was current, and have aired the 90s Eubanks episodes at well, but not for at least a decade.

I personally think both Dating and Stumpers were likely designated as placeholders supposedly while negotiations to acquire The All-New Let's Make a Deal and other classics were underway. GameTV likely didn't expect Dating and Stumpers to remain on the schedule for a very extended period of time.
I personally think GameTV made a great deal (no pun intended) with the current classics lineup. It's definitely something I will record daily unless GSN gives us something good eventually.
Classics I can see coming to GameTV someday: Syndicated $ale of the Century and Eubanks' Card Sharks. I can see the former happening first, considering that well over 100 episodes have aired on Buzzr already. Eubanks' Card Sharks, getting pretty close to 100 episodes on Buzzr now. I can also see Combs' Feud being a possibility too.

Thought I'd bring this up. I noticed during this week's GameTV broadcasts of Super Password, at the very beginning of the episodes, there would be a "fade in from black" effect as the show opens. This seems to be pretty new. I don't believe NBC, GSN nor Buzzr did such a thing.
Of course, this detail is quite minor, as it only lasts a split second.

Some NBC affiliates would fade from the network ID to the program itself.

It is evident that GameTV is airing episodes previously aired on Buzzr. Yesterday's broadcast of Press Your Luck had the Skyway Luggage plug kept intact.
I have a feeling, if GameTV gets further into the series later on down the road, we'll end up seeing the episode with the contestant plug kept intact.

Just tuned in to The All-New Let's Make a Deal now. It turns out they presently have just 40 episodes in the rotation at this time, as they went back to Episode 088 today. Based on outside sources, GameTV has a tendency to acquire 40 episodes of an older show at a time (they did that with the Canadian game show Acting Crazy, which is what I call Body Language meets Win, Lose or Draw).
I am very interested in finding out if Super Password and Press Your Luck will also revert back to their premieres this afternoon as well. I'll edit this post if I find out about Super Password in less than an hour.
